The World Constitution and Parliament Association is as real as real can get. It is a little talked about organization. Even the likes of Alex Jones and other Leading Conspiracy Theorist Say Nothing of this organization. Why?
Let me give you some facts and I will leave it up to you in this late hour to further checkout what many claim is the Banner under which the United Nations will soon fall.
The World Constitution and Parliament Association was formed in 1959. The WCPA was founded by Philip Isely around the World War II era. Isely first surfaced as a leader in the One World movement during the 1940′s. He served as the organizer of “Action for World Federation” from 1946-1950. He later became the organizer of the North American Council for the Peoples World Convention.
Shortly thereafter in 1958-59 he went on to head the Committee for the World Constitutional Convention, and became its Secretary General. All of these events finally led to the World Constitutional Parliament in 1966, which Philip Isely presided over as Secretary General.
Another Organization is operating along side of the World Constitution and Parliament Association, as a matter of fact, I believe it is just a division of the same, designed to handle the money. The IOWP or Institute on World Problems.
Do your homework on this. Find out why the Conspiracy Gurus are not speaking on this matter. We have come upon a briefcase full of documents on the World Constitution and Parliament Association and will publish as much of it as possible. It is kept at another location so I will have to coordinate the upload of the documents. I think your going to find it rather intriguing to say the least. It could take a week or so to get them loaded because we must first ensure we violate no laws by publishing these documents. They are in safe keeping so worry not.
