International Treaties Threaten Guns And Sovereignty. Child Rights Treaty and Small Arms Treaty Are All Planks or Steps Outlined in Communist Manifesto. Is this part of the New World Order Conspiracy a Conspiracy or Conspiracy Theory

We have an onslaught of treaties in the pipes that all pose grave danger to our sovereignty, individual rights, gun rights, and now parental rights.

Child’s Rights Treaty:

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child -  Declaration of the Rights of the Child. (CRC)

Small Arms Treaty:

Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) also known as the UN or United Nations Small Arms Treaty.

First let us take a look at the Convention on the Rights of the Child – Declaration of the Rights of  the Child.

The Pennsylvania State Legislature has entered House Resolution 97, which calls on “the Senate of the United States to reject” the Treaty. That resolution currently sits in the state Legislature’s House Children and Youth Committee and claims “the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child would drastically alter the fundamental right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children.”

After a very careful review by experts in Constitutional Law the following FACTS have been revealed in regard to this Convention on the Rights of the Child – Declaration of the Rights of  the Child.

Facts Revealed By Constitutional Experts

1. It is a treaty which creates binding rules of law. It is no simple statement of altruism, benevolence, charity, humanitarianism, kindness, magnanimity, or public spirit.
2. Its effect would be binding on American families, courts, and policy-makers.
3. Children of other nations would not be impacted in any direct way by our ratification. In other words, the meaning of the treaty or the actions of the treaty nor the effects to other nations who have foolishly ratified this treaty will in no way benefit by American ratification. This treaty to perform in the manner in which others nations desire will in no way be enhanced, strengthened or weaken by America Ratifying it.
4. The CRC would automatically override almost all American laws on children and families because of our Supremacy Clause.
5. The CRC has some elements that are self-executing, while others would require implementing legislation. Federal courts would have the power to determine which provisions were self-executing.
6. The Courts would have the power to directly enforce the provisions that are self-executing.
7. Congress would have the power to directly legislate on all subjects necessary to comply with the treaty. This would constitute the most massive shift of power from the states to the federal government in American history.
8. A committee of 18 experts from other nations, sitting in Geneva, has the authority to issue
official interpretations of the treaty which are entitled to binding weight in American courts and legislatures. This effectively transfers ultimate authority for all policies in this area to this foreign committee.
9. Under international law, the treaty overrides even our Constitution.
10. Reservations, declarations, or understandings intended to modify our duty to comply with this treaty will be void if they are determined to be inconsistent with the object and purpose of the treaty.

Ten Additional Facts You Really Need To Pay Attention To

1. Parents would no longer be able to administer reasonable spankings to their children.
2. A murderer aged 17 years, 11 months and 29 days at the time of his crime could no longer be sentenced to life in prison.
3. Children would have the ability to choose their own religion while parents would only have the authority to give their children advice about religion.
4. The best interest of the child principle would give the government the ability to override every decision made by every parent if a government worker disagreed with the parents decision.
5. A child’s rights to be heard would allow him (or her) to seek governmental review of every
parental decision with which the child disagreed.
6. According to existing interpretation, it would be illegal for a nation to spend more on national defense than it does on children’s welfare.
7. Children would acquire a legally enforceable right to leisure.
8. Teaching children about Christianity in schools has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.
9. Allowing parents to opt their children out of sex education has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.
10. Children would have the right to reproductive health information and services, including
abortions, without parental knowledge or consent.

I will not attempt to insult your intelligence. I know that you can read plain simple English as stated above and throughout however, I am going to point out and illustrate a few of the facts revealed by the experts. I feel these are very telling and extremely important to understand.

Some of the rules in the Treaty are self-executing – means they become automatic upon ratification. While other rules require certain legislation to be passed by the Federal government and in some cases the State. Who knows what you will end up with. Courts will be able to enforce all of the rules which are self-executing immediately.

All States will become dangerously dependent on the Federal Government, and lose many powers to reject Federal policies, and proposed legislation. The principles and intent to protect our rights by the separation of powers and checks and balances that our Founding Fathers established will be erased forever, and you can guarantee once a right is relinquished or surrendered rarely has it ever been re-enacted or given back. What this really means is that if we in the future decide we do not want particular parts or certain rules of the Treaty the can be rejected by the UN if they feel if is inconsistent with the Treaty which in most any case would be. It is very difficult to get out of once you become party to a Treaty. It could take an actual defiance of the UN upon which the UN and its power could penalize the US or worse. Regardless of how powerful the USA is, this is not a situation we want to place ourselves.

Under international law, the treaty overrides even our Constitution. Under International law any country who becomes part of a particular Treaty must realize that they are allowing the Treaty of The United Nations to override their/our Constitution. This is in itself enough to make anyone who values our way of life enraged. From the very beginning it was said by many that we would regret the day we ever joined the United Nations. I think we can safely say that day has come. Every time we turn we are fighting off a Treaty which threatens our homeland and way of life, why?

 Teaching children about Christianity in schools has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC. That will mean the end of Christian schools. This is not only dealing with public schools.

All of the total of 20 facts are just that, FACTS! There are those who may scoff at the revealed facts, however this does not change them. If Ratified this what you get. There are many, many groups and individuals out there with petitions urging the ratification of the Child’s Rights Treaty for specific reasons and causes. They are blind to the overall effect, and threat. So blind that they will not even look at the overall repercussions associated with this extremely dangerous Treaty.

This Treaty has been in the making since 1959 by various organization and was first presented in 1989. Our country has wisely avoided it up until now. Our current administration is hell bent on disintegrating many of our rights. Will this be the next? I was almost certain each and everyone of them took an oath to protect the Constitution, not take every action possible to degrade it!

Many of the organizations or NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations) supporting and pushing this Treaty appear to have wonderful intentions and commendable purpose however, upon closer investigation you will find that many are made up of Socialist and Communist belief based individuals and are in many cases supported by other groups and individuals who strongly support a Socialist-Communist Agenda. This is a means in many cases to mask or disguise those truly behind the NGO or Non Government Organization. So do your homework, and read all of a proposed Treaty or piece of Legislation before you embrace it based solely on one area in which you agree. When and if it is ratified or passed the whole of the Treaty or Legislation is enacted , not just the bits you like.

One would think that our US Constitution protects parental rights however, it is not mentioned. Parental rights are such basic and fundamental rights there was thought to be no need for mention. Just as the right to have guns for hunting for food was not mentioned, it was a given and so basic and fundamental there was thought to be no need. The 2nd Amendment is not addressing a right to bare arms for hunting. It addresses our right to bare arms for the protection against oppressive rouge governments, foreign or domestic.

 On June 29, 130 Republican House members sent a letter to President Obama and Secretary Clinton arguing that the proposed treaty infringes on the “fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms”. The letter charges that “…the U.N.’s actions to date indicate that the ATT is likely to pose significant threats to our national security, foreign policy, and economic interests as well as our constitutional rights.” The lawmakers adamantly insist that the U.S. Government has no right to support a treaty that violates the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Consider the Fast and Furious debacle, an operation that was represented to be all about targeting bad guys who are committing violent crimes on both sides of our border with Mexico. There can be no remaining doubt that the program was really aimed at border gun shops and their right to conduct legal civilian firearms sales. I feel as do many Americans who have taken the time to look into “Fast and Furious” properly that it was an attempt to set up a perfect storm to attack Gun Rights and to push the Administrations agenda in banning guns and ratifying the Arms Trade Treaty. If you have looked into Fast and Furious you will soon find it abounds with shady activity, very shady, to the point the Administration has refused to speak on it and others have withheld information or could not answer question in regard to the operation. If this was a benign, legitimate operation aimed at bad guys, why all the secrecy??

Do not forget about the  Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST)  that  Obama-endorsed, which would subordinate U.S. naval and drilling operations beyond 200 miles of our coast to a newly established U.N. bureaucracy. If ratified by Congress, it will grant a Kingston, Jamaica-based International Seabed Authority (ISA) the power to regulate deep-sea oil exploration, seabed mining, and fishing rights. As part of the deal, as much as 7% of U.S. government revenue collected from oil and gas companies operating off our coast will be forked over to ISA for redistribution to poorer, landlocked countries. There are also provision in this Treaty many fear will encroach upon our 2nd Amendment Right to Bare Arms. And in fact after review there are seriously questionable areas of major concern.
